You have 120 days from the day you receive your order to request a refund — no matter how much you've used the product.
We get it — sometimes things just don’t work out. That’s why we accept returns even if the product has been opened or used.
All we ask is that you contact us within that 120-day window and provide proof of purchase (like an order confirmation or receipt).
In some cases, we won’t require the product to be sent back — just wait for our support team’s instructions before doing anything.

Once verified, we’ll send a replacement or issue your refund right away.

Please don’t send anything back without contacting us first — returns sent without approval won’t be accepted.
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect: We cover return shipping.
For all other returns: Return shipping is your responsibility.
Email us right away at support@calvris.com and we’ll fix the issue ASAP — whether that’s sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
For safety and hygiene, certain items can’t be returned:
Perishables (e.g., food, flowers)
Customized or personalized products
Opened beauty, hygiene, or skincare items (unless covered under the 120-day promise)
Hazardous materials (e.g., flammable liquids/gases)
Gift cards and clearance items

Need a different item? It’s fastest to return the original and place a new order separately.
If your order was shipped to an EU address, you have the legal right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason.
Products must meet the general return conditions above.
Once your return is approved and inspected (if needed), we’ll issue your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
